2. What data we collect
When you place an order, we collect:
- Email address — to deliver your barcodes and send your receipt.
- Name and billing address — for payment processing and invoicing.
- VAT/CVR number — if provided voluntarily at checkout for business invoicing purposes.
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message.
We do not collect any data beyond what is necessary to fulfil your order or respond to your enquiry.
3. How we use your data

We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or any purpose not listed above.
4. Data processors
We share data with the following third-party processors who act on our behalf:
- Stripe (stripe.com) — payment processing and invoicing. Stripe collects your billing information directly under their own privacy policy. We do not store your card details.
- Resend (resend.com) — transactional email delivery. Your email address and order details are passed to Resend solely to deliver your barcodes and receipt.
- Umami (umami.is) — privacy-friendly website analytics. Umami does not use cookies and does not collect any personally identifiable information.
We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
5. Data retention
Order data (email address, order details) is retained for 5 years to comply with Danish bookkeeping legislation (bogføringsloven). Contact form messages are deleted once no longer needed to handle your enquiry.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Request erasure of your data (where not overridden by legal retention obligations)
- Object to or restrict processing
- Receive your data in a portable format
To exercise any of these rights, use our contact form. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Complaints
If you believe we are processing your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) at datatilsynet.dk.
8. Changes to this policy
