2. Our service

We sell globally unique EAN-13 barcodes as digital goods. Each barcode number originates from a GS1-registered prefix and has never been assigned to a retail product before. Upon completed payment, the barcode numbers and associated graphic files are delivered instantly to the email address provided at checkout.

3. Orders and payment

Prices are shown inclusive of any applicable taxes at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. An order is binding once payment has been successfully processed and confirmed by Stripe.

4. Delivery

Delivery is digital and instant. Your barcode numbers together with print-ready PNG graphics and PDF vector graphics are sent to your email address immediately after payment is confirmed. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder and reach out via our contact form.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer within the EU, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), Article 16(m), this right does not apply to digital content that has been delivered immediately and where you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. By completing your purchase, you consent to immediate delivery of the digital barcodes and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is forfeited upon delivery.

If you are purchasing as a business, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

6. Guarantee

We guarantee that every barcode number issued is globally unique and has never previously been sold or used on a retail product. If we are unable to fulfil this guarantee, we will issue a full refund.

We do not guarantee acceptance of our barcodes by any specific retailer, marketplace, or platform. While our EAN-13 barcodes comply with the international standard and are widely accepted, it is your responsibility to verify compatibility with the specific requirements of any retailer or platform you intend to use.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Run Build Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our barcodes or inability to use them on a specific platform or with a specific retailer. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.

As an EU consumer, you may also submit a complaint to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The current version is always published on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
